Terms and conditions/Fees

Our delivery fees include cost of products, weights, and materials.  All sales are final and must be paid in full at least 48 hrs prior to event. 

Custom colors upon request, additional fees apply.

$75 rush fee for orders < 7 day notice.

$50 flat delivery fee within OC local service areas, $99 OC delivery and installation. 

$149 LA delivery fee $199 delivery and installation to LA,

$199 Delivery fee beyond LA, $249 delivery and installation beyond LA.

$500 minimum order req. Fri-Sun in OC.

$500 min order req. to the L.A. area Mon-Thur, $1,000 minimum Fri-Sun.

(Tear Down/pick up must be requested separately at time of order, $79 OC, $149 LA, $199 Beyond).

Late fees assessed for late payments, may increase with delay. 

Please note, a $350 fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items installed for use at your event. 

We do recommend shaded areas.

Must notify us upon installation or same day should you have any concerns.
